Again as people have said this bar is not a million dollar resort bar, hell its not a cookie cut out chain bar either. Its a dive bar in every sense of the word and thats what you should expect. Theres your typical bar food, which often runs out so dont come expecting a three course meal. Your bartender is usually the guy putting it together so be thankful you get anything at all. Lol. The atmosphere and attitude of the bar is as laid back as it gets and after a long day nothing is better. Granted karaoke is as usual, its not the x factor so what do you expect. This bars shining moments come in three ways, one the bartenders are always the best. Hands down best ive dealt with in a very long time. Two, the owner is there shaking hands and having a laugh, the way it used to be in a classic bar. And last but not least their craft beer taps. One more time, this is not an 80 plus beer joint and if youre gonna be a snob than stow it and go somewhere else, please and thank you. So all that being said, do not come here with the expectations that this place is gonna blow your mind or service all your needs. Be ready to have a great time with friends, and have less needs and you just might have awesome time.

Oh yes the good ole Celtic Pub! Yes it is a dingy old building, with a WIDE WIDE WIDE  varity of faces that frequent it. I've heard it being called gross, an old mans bar, hip, but it is down right a decent local cheap watering hole with GREAT staff.  I happen to grow up with some of the bar staff which is what drew me in the 1st time and I could not tell you the 1000 + times I have stopped in. I have never felt unwelcome here, I have never had bad service here and I can honestly say it is rare that I see trouble happening in this place. You may hit it with 1 person at the bar or 40, and they could range from 21 years old to 90.  I say give it a shot.
This place is also known for it's all day St Pat's gathering, music all day, fife and drums at night and get there early otherwise you will wait at the door because it fills it's capacity early.
As far as the other review stating the Jack being replaced, I can not say I know of them doing such but I also drink much better then Jack.

Any bar that fills their Jack Daniels bottles with some cheap swill to try and save a buck should not even get one star, but I'm afraid I can't give zero
