Checked out this bar for the first time last night, and I have to say, I didn't hate it. There's no beer on tap, but I'm not above a tall can, and actually found that option oddly charming? The bartender was straightforward and real as the streets, and I felt special because she was nice to me and my lady. The regulars can suck my b-hole for their unnecessary commentary upon our entry, but I'd come back again (with my own set of darts) to play darts here and drink a couple brewskies.
Review Source:The bartender was super nice (even though I was a n00b and asked what was on tap [nothing]) and other then a handful of ~nice~ patrons asking if me and my friend had just turned 21 (the bartender defended our mid-twenties honor), everyone pretty much left us alone. Well there was an older couple that came and stood awkwardly close to our table and danced. The woman smacked and squeezed the butt of her date and then they walked away. It was kind of bizarre. Â
I actually really liked the vibes, very good for people watching. There were pretty good jams playing. I wish they had beer on tap and electronic darts so I could show off my beautiful arm muscles and darts skillz, I suppose next time I'll have to bring a friend with real darts.
I have been there only a few times but every time I felt welcome. Even had drinks bought for me because I was new. It is a regulars kind of bar but they are friendly. I like going because it's a neighborhood bar that has NFL sunday ticket! Don't know about the baseball package though. They make a good drink at a good price. Pool tables, dart boards and a state of the art jukebox. Nice bartenders. Lots of parking. You gotta check this out.
