Finally had the opportunity to visit this classic Long Island Sports Pub. Â It's more bar then restaurant first of all, so if your looking for a quiet romantic candle lit meal with scenic views - this aint it. Â What it is though, is a beer and wing joint. Â Buffalo wings were quite tasty but lacked any real heat or buttery back end. Â Bleu Ranch sauce was excellent. Â Sandwiches are the way to go here, but both my wife and I felt they were so-so. Â French fries were also quite commercial tasting, but the dipping sauce that came with sweet potato fries helped. Â Place is loud, boisterous. Â Waitress was nice but kept sneaking out the back door every few minutes. The whole dinner conversation was joking about what she could be doing out there. Â Overall, its over-rated. Â We won't be returning anytime soon.
