Chan's Gourmet

Been to Chan's several times now. Never disappoints. Chop Suey, Egg Rolls, Kung Pao Beef, Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoon. All very good.  Friendly service too.

On February 26, 2013 I arrived home with my carry out to find a dirty, used nail clipper in my bag with my food. Obviously, it was not mine. I called the restaurant to mention what had happened and, at first, they denied the item was theirs (well, where else would it have come from? The nail fairy?!).  I reiterated that the item was not mine, and the person I talked to apologized, but seemed unconcerned and did NOT even offer to comp my purchase. Sorry to say, after many years as a customer I will not return. I have serious concerns about the safety of this restaurant.

Horrible atmosphere and dirty inside table and chairs look like they bought from a flee market only one person works the entire restaurant service was very bad the eight year old hostess was very nice the food was not bad but was served Luke warm I ate half of my dinner before my wife's came out water glasses never refilled stay away from this place
