Charlie Brown's Steakhouse

Let me preface this by saying I don't get to go out to eat very much. Maybe once every 2-3 months. So when I do go out I expect to have a very high quality meal. Now that being said this was the WORST dining experience I've ever had. It was me , a couple with a 6 year old boy, and a female with a 4 year old boy. I ordered the ahi tuna appetizer and it took about 30 mins to get. And was horrible. That should of been the first sign. 2 of us got our steaks first and both were overdone. I ate some of mine anyway and it was about the blandest steak I've ever had. 2 of the others got theirs about 20 mins after us, and theirs were overdone as well. So both of them sent it back. We waited for about another 20-30 mins for their steaks and we were so fed up we decided to leave. We asked for the manager and he took about 15 mins, he even walked past our table 3 times without saying anything to us. When he finally came over, I can't even describe how much he didn't care without going into a string of profanity. 2 of the people in my party left without even eating! That is disgraceful. They need to get rid of every single person that works there. I will never go back to this location. It's a shame because the one in Maple Shade is 1000 times better. I thought I was going to get the same quality at this location and was very disappointed. The wait staff sucks, the chefs if you can even call them that, suck, the management sucks. The only way to fix it is either fire n hire people that know what they are doing, or just close it down.

I've know this place since growing up in the neighborhood so I was surprised that it was still up and running going back some twenty years later. Now i can understand how it stays open.

I had a great dinner solo ... I ordered the french onion soup because it was snowing outside!
I also ordered the salmon ( served in some asian preparation) ... I don't remember the name right now tho......

Since i checked in on yelp I got a free popcorn firecracker shrimp appetizer & let me tell you
those were yummy little treats!!

I've been put ting off writing my review for this place because I was hoping to go back and be able to review it for real. As it stands now, I went for the Veterans Day freebie mean, and had a "meh" time. ALL I wanted that day was some prime rib, that happened to, OF COURSE, be gone by the time I was finally able to get a seat. (2 hour wait.) I don't even remember what I would up eating, as it was late and I was over it after my prime rib disappointment, I just remember it took FOREVER to get everything.

I will absolutely go back here and update with a proper review soon.
