Let me preface this by saying I don't get to go out to eat very much. Maybe once every 2-3 months. So when I do go out I expect to have a very high quality meal. Now that being said this was the WORST dining experience I've ever had. It was me , a couple with a 6 year old boy, and a female with a 4 year old boy. I ordered the ahi tuna appetizer and it took about 30 mins to get. And was horrible. That should of been the first sign. 2 of us got our steaks first and both were overdone. I ate some of mine anyway and it was about the blandest steak I've ever had. 2 of the others got theirs about 20 mins after us, and theirs were overdone as well. So both of them sent it back. We waited for about another 20-30 mins for their steaks and we were so fed up we decided to leave. We asked for the manager and he took about 15 mins, he even walked past our table 3 times without saying anything to us. When he finally came over, I can't even describe how much he didn't care without going into a string of profanity. 2 of the people in my party left without even eating! That is disgraceful. They need to get rid of every single person that works there. I will never go back to this location. It's a shame because the one in Maple Shade is 1000 times better. I thought I was going to get the same quality at this location and was very disappointed. The wait staff sucks, the chefs if you can even call them that, suck, the management sucks. The only way to fix it is either fire n hire people that know what they are doing, or just close it down.

I had a great dinner solo ... I ordered the french onion soup because it was snowing outside!
I also ordered the salmon ( served in some asian preparation) ... I don't remember the name right now tho......
Since i checked in on yelp I got a free popcorn firecracker shrimp appetizer & let me tell you
those were yummy little treats!!
I've been put ting off writing my review for this place because I was hoping to go back and be able to review it for real. As it stands now, I went for the Veterans Day freebie mean, and had a "meh" time. ALL I wanted that day was some prime rib, that happened to, OF COURSE, be gone by the time I was finally able to get a seat. (2 hour wait.) I don't even remember what I would up eating, as it was late and I was over it after my prime rib disappointment, I just remember it took FOREVER to get everything.
I will absolutely go back here and update with a proper review soon.
Food was good, however we went in for lunch, and they don't have a lunch menu or lunch specials. Â They ONLY have a dinner menu.... Which is pricey. Â The food we ordered (Hibachi Chicken Sandwich) was delicious.
The server we had was super slow even though there was hardly anyone on the restaurant that Sunday afternoon. Â It took forever to order, forever to get the food, forever to get the check, and forever to pay. Â We were very disappointed with the service.
I used to come here all the time when I first moved to the Mt.Holly area about 7 years ago. I used to love the food and never really had a problem with the service. It has been soooo long since we've been here and a few weeks ago, for date night my husband and I decided to come. We were so excited that we came kind of late and it wasn't so crowded, usually is really crowded. The service wasn't spectacular, wasn't horrible. The food on the other hand was crap. Well like others have said, the salad bar is always good but other than that eck. My steak was horrible, as was my husband's. We used to melt with every bite of the food here. I don't know what happened. We have been going to Charlie's Other Brother these last few years and that is where we will keep going from now on. I cannot believe what has happened to this place, my god.
Review Source:Terrible! The service was awful. Â The waitress never told us that my filet minon came with a salad bar. Â Found out after dinner was over. Â Ordered refill for drinks and they never came. And to top it off, i ordered the cheese cake with fresh berries. Â The strawberries had mold all over them. Â See the attached picture.
Review Source:As others have said. Â This place is hit or miss. Â The food was good, the service was not so good. Â They brought my steak out with no steak knife. Â He said he would be right back and never came back. Â After our main server came back a bit later, she took care of the problem. Â Salad bar has always been fresh and good every time we have been here.
This place could really be something if they took care of the service problem. Â The food quality is consistent but the service quality or lack there of, is a real bummer. Â There is not much more to say about this place. Â Is worth eating at in a pinch if you can tolerate the poor service.
This probably wasn't my worst dining experience ever, but it seemed like it at the time. The waitress was amazing and the salad bar was fresh with a lot of variety. My daughter's salmon was pretty good. Then, there were the steaks. My husband and I ordered steak. I ordered ribeye and I think he ordered New York strip, both medium rare. They both came out well done. For the price, I should get what I order. We sent them back. The second set came out purple, barely seared. We ate them anyway. I attempted to anyway. There was so much fat bubbling out of my raw steak that by the time I cut it off, I had hardly any steak left. What I did have had strips of gristle that I couldn't even cut with the steak knife. I gave up. It was by far the poorest quality ribeye I have ever seen. The garlic mashed potatoes were just plain mashed potatoes. I don't know why they call them garlic mashed potatoes. This meal cost us over $80 for two adults and a child.
Review Source:This place can be really hit or miss. Â Usually the food is very good, but it's the staff that mess things up. Â My steak is never cooked right the first time, but once I send it back (it's always too rare) things get better. Â The chicken dishes are consistently good and my sister lives for those frizzled onions.
Salad bar has an ok amount of stuff, but I really feel skeeved about it. Â I usually get French onion soup or a Caesar salad (made in the kitchen) instead, but just ask someone to pick me up a slice or two of that yummy raisin/nut bread.
There's usually a coupon or special going on, and join the Handshake Club so you can get coupons for your birthday, anniversary, etc.
Just don't expect good service. Â I've found that even the managers have an attitude that says they don't care.
I just don't get why this place is always busy.Even with the coupons, it's way too expensive for the quality of food. Really popular with the seniors though. I've been there twice,each time was terrible. First time, I picked up 2 slices of red velvet cake ($12 !) which had to be returned because they smelled and tasted like garlic and onions.Second time, the place was infested with flies, so gross. They were swarming all over the salad bar and our table. I called the manager over, and although super nice said yeah, we have a real problem with them. WTH, ummm call Ecolab or something. I ended up taking my dinner home, and throwing it out 2 days later. I did call their HQ's and they said they were aware of the problem and working on it. All I can say is, if the front of the house is nasty,I wonder what the back of house is like.Really run down and kind of stinky too. Will never go back.
Review Source:Well how much detail would you like? Seated right away, waitress was promt, had a lunch coupon. Â Well it goes down from there, waited 15 minutes just to have my drink refreshed. Then got my check 6 dollars packed on top of coupon? WTF waitress said I am sorry, then fixed it but why should it have happened? Dinner quality just average and crowd was hungry for salad bar. Three stars are a gift!
