Spent $350 to get my gas pool heater repaired. Â The next day it did not work, "Charlie" came back out and and accused us of hammering on the heater. Â Totally absurd. Â Then he did something with duct tape and said that would do for the season. Â One day of heating then it was broken again. Â "Charlie" refused to come back out or refund the money, claiming he can't fix old heaters. Â This pool was built in 2006 Â so the heater is only 5 years old and we only run in May and September.
Never again. Â This guy is incompetent and a thief.
