  Spent $350 to get my gas pool heater repaired.  The next day it did not work, "Charlie" came back out and and accused us of hammering on the heater.  Totally absurd.  Then he did something with duct tape and said that would do for the season.  One day of heating then it was broken again.  "Charlie" refused to come back out or refund the money, claiming he can't fix old heaters.  This pool was built in 2006  so the heater is only 5 years old and we only run in May and September.
  
  Never again.  This guy is incompetent and a thief.
