Done giving this place 2nd, 3rd, and more chances. You can do better then this place unless you enjoy sub-standard service, cold food, and watered down drinks. As for us?  We're done with this poor excuse of a restaurant.

Okay food. Saw an amazing argument between a chick and a dude. That made me give it one more star

I'd never had Chili's before two years ago on a first date and now it's our fav place to keep coming back to! The margaritas are awesome, top shelf only of course. Texas fries and spinach artichoke dip are good appetizers. I always get the Cajun pasta with chicken minus the Cajun spices (lol I prefer food to not be spicy). My boyfriend always gets the steak blackened and it's always good. Never tried their dessert before so can't comment on that! always nice workers! their cup of chili is delish too i might add

Last night me and my wife stopped in to spend a gift card from Christmas.  The dining area was quite busy, so we ate at the Bar.  The very helpful bartender recomended to us their 2 for $35.00.  The meal includes two premium margaritas, appetizer, two main entree meals and dessert.  Great value, great food and good atmosphere.  Oh yeah, the Margaritas had the right amount of kick to them, not just sweet syrup.  The bartender was very nice and she was very helpful.  We will return again before the 2 for $35.00 disappears.

I've eaten here 5 times. Twice in the restaurant and thrice from the "Chili's To Go" service.

I prefer Chili's in Visalia to Applebee's in Visalia. The service is better, the food is better, the steaks and ribs are better.

Admittedly, it is a chain, but it's a good location.

I stopped here with my girlfriend on our roadtrip from LA to Kings Canyon summer 2010. So why am I writing this review now, 6 months later? Because it is a cold day in Stuttgart, Germany and I want to remember the warmth of summer in California.

To echo Isaac N.'s review, this Chili's is well above average. These guys are not just regurgitating the same stuff you get at Chilis all over the country, it's better, and delicious.

I had a burger which was cooked to perfection, prefect juiciness and seasoning. And the fountain drinks had just the right amount of carbonation, served super cold, perfect for a summer day. I don't remember what she had, but this was definitely one of the better Chili's experiences either of us has had.

A quick side-note: Mooney boulevard is one of the finest streets in America. No other cities I have been to sport those incredible "Cruising Prohibited" signs. It really shows you this town was built at a different time in our great history. I hope they never take those signs away.

I know, I know, I'm giving a nationwide chain restaurant 4-stars. But I give credit where credit is due, and these guys deserve it.

There is not much to choose from. To me a fast food place would be a better choice then this place.

Better than the average Chili's chain restaurant.  The kitchen manager makes a point to bring out the food himself when possible.  Fast, friendly service.  This is where I think each restaurant in an individual chain differs.  This place is fast and friendly.   If ever a mistake is made, they go above and beyond to make sure it's fixed and more than made up for.

Typical chain restaurant. Food tastes the same at every location. My friend and I each had the Southwestern Cobb Salad which was good but we had to ask for more dressing because it was dry. And the avocado ranch dressing that it comes with is really good. I had two of their platinum margaritas and left a little tipsy. LOL
