The service was decent but not over the top. Â We both ordered the endless salad and soup lunch special, my wife who is apparently smarter than me got the house salad and the enchilada soup...both excellent. Â My bright self went with the ceasar salad and the southwest chicken(less) and Sausage(less) soup....the soup was virtually vegan and pretty bad and the ceasar very lackluster. Â It was happy hour so we both got a saltless mango margarita, $3.99 is good for a pretty good margarita. Â The chips and salsa were pretty good too. Â Took a good while to get my second bowl of soup after ordering it, went with the enchilada soup this time, much better.
Review Source:Probably some of the worst service I've ever had at a chilis.
Our server Aubrey was very Unattentive, I could tell that she was trying to end her shift.
It was about 530 when we went in,
We ordered margaritas, and then waited almost 15 minutes.
In that time we watched three other tables around us all get drinks and appetizers in that time, plus we hadn't even ordered yet.
We finally got our drinks, and she just ran off without taking our order.
She came back eventually, took our order by that time we decided to order another round,
We ordered pretzel sticks, a triple dipper with wings, big mouth bites, and southwestern egg rolls, and a flat bread pizza.
It took half an hour for our food to come out,
Aubrey brought it herself to us, which was a surprise because we still hadn't seen her since she took our order.
Everything tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for someone to run it.
The mini burgers were cold, the pizza was hard, and the dipping cheese for the pretzels had a skin forming on top.
She never once returned to us to see if we were ok,
My water was empty almost the whole time we were there,
Another server had to clear all our plates, and he also brought us our check.
The only time she even seemed to notice we needed something was when she saw the check on our table.
Let's just say, we definitely won't return to this location.
Had a group of 6 on a Friday night with a short wait. Â We stopped by the bar for drinks and I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea which they served in a pint glass. Â It was fantastic. Â The service was great, food was excellent, and out waitress did a great job on our table. Â Definitely recommend.
Review Source:Waitress- Aubrey greeted us made sure we were ok up until I ordered my favorite dessert the chocolate chip paradise pie. I ordered it to go and open the plate and notice there is the Ice cream, chocolate fudge and the pie but two topping were missing. The walnuts and caramel sauce. I told her those are missing. Shes says "Sorry we are out of those toppings'. I said that's ok .She then walked away to give us are check. Â
Then my husband and I talk about this for a few minutes, we then decided to asked about this missing toppings further. She came back I said is there anything you can do about the price for this dessert?. She said ok, and walked away upset. She came back about 10 minutes later. She then place the walnuts and caramel sauce on the table with  ("there you Go''.)  response and walked away again. I looked at my husband with disbelief . She clearly lied to us. How did she magically found walnuts and caramel after she said they were out.
We will NOT Be coming back!
We stopped by on a saturday night around 11pm. We stayed past 12am which is when they close and we weren't kicked out.
Customer service was great. Our server checked up on us and made sure everything was ok.
The food was good as well. Our appetizer came out in about 5 minutes and our food about 10 minutes later even though the restaurant was pretty full.
This was my first time at Chili's and I will be coming back. :)
My stint as football Mom was over for the day, the nuggets were gone for the evening and I was eager to catch up with friends; so after we had grubbed at the nearby Plucker's we decided to venture to Chili's for drinks and dessert. They being big fans of the brownie and I being a big fan of the $4.50 margarita, we were golden. The host was gracious and gave us a back-of-the-restaurant booth, the waitress we got was nice--though she did bring out the wrong brownie; she corrected it without complaint. It was quiet enough that we could carry on chatting for a few hours, Â which wouldn't of been possible at a bar on the same Saturday the Longhorns were due to play their season opener. I've been to this location several times and have always--always had great service. The drinks packed a decent punch aka 'relaxxxx mode' --which even for $4.00 is expected; I'll be back soon!
Review Source:Multiple meals here spent with either just me and the hubby or us and friends and always superior food and service. Â There's the occassion when the requested meal items gets something added or is missing something, but they're always quick to remedy. Â Service is very attentive and foods oober tasty. Â Fair warning the bar area can have some extreme temperature issue so come prepared for sauna but bring a sweater just in case! Â Seating outside the bar is normally pretty comfy temp. Â Kudos to the fajita steak nachos and the blackberry iced tea!! Â Most definitely recommended for eating/hanging out purposes!!
