Best Chinese food around this area.

My favorite Chinese restaurant to date. They make the Mei Fun like I like....haven't had any like this since living in Phoenix, AZ (Super Dragon).

This isn't the best Chinese food I've ever eaten in my entire life.  I reserve that for a little place called Ming's in Chinatown in Washington D.C.  However, thus far it is the best Chinese food I've found in Louisville or Southern Indiana.  The Orange Chicken is both sweet and spicy, as it should be.  The sauce on the sweet and sour chicken is light and flavorful.  The egg drop soup, while slightly underseasoned, is far more enjoyable than others I've tried in the area and is served with delicious fried noodles.  The portions are abundant, too much to eat in one sitting.   The dine in service is friendly.  I'm sure we'll be back the next time we want Chinese.
