China Bistro

Don't let the strip-mall exterior fool you, China Bistro is the real deal.

As a new restaurant, it may lack the refined touches that would make it a solid choice for date night, but it would be a welcome retreat for lunch or dinner with a well-known confidant.  

The menu is extensive but accessible and the service is some of the best in town.  Our group of 7 for lunch was well attended and none of us left hungry.  I'm sure that we'll be making a return visit.

Wasn't too sure about the place from the exterior but the delightful smells drew me in. I wasn't disappointed! I finally have a Chinese restaurant close to home! The egg drop soup was perfect (not too egg, not fake yellow). The Singapore Rice Noodles (Fei Mu) was perfect! I have searched for this curry rice noodle dish since leaving Phoenix, AZ 5 years ago to no avail, until now! The dumplings were wonderful, they seemed homemade. I will definitely go back again!
