Chud's Grille

Was passing through town and stopped here based on a few Yelp reviews.

Inside was a little better than I expected. A bar is located in the center of the room surrounded by booths and tables. Nice and clean.

I ordered the Lake Erie Perch sandwich. It doesn't come with any sides so I ordered the in-house, homemade potato salad.

The fish was loaded with bones. I hardly touched it. The potato salad had mustard in the dressing and was very bland. Fifty shakes of pepper didn't help.

I didn't tell the waitress about my experience because she never bothered to check back with me or ask me anything when she dropped off the check and the change.

I noticed that the waitress let her ready orders wait while she tended to small talk, the register, or anything else.

Big waste of $11.11. Water was my beverage.

I usually tip very well. Left $1.00 which was still too much. Total loss:  $12.11

Bar was great, ate at 9:30 as sister was held up coming in from jersey. Had steak and food was great, service is superb, located in a corner of a real neighborhood, just right.....

The Prime Cut Special I had on Saturday was beyond delicious. This place is tucked away in the middle of Fremont but always hit the place up. Be sure to check out their daily specials on their facebook.
