Margarita. Get a "top shelf" margarita. And if you can get Raphael to make it for you, even better. My wife (a Latina) and I have determined this is our favorite margarita, and we have had margaritas in a lot of places! If you order and drink two of these in one sitting, it won't matter very much what you eat because you will be happy. If you order and drink three of these - take a cab home!
The food here is good but a little on the wet and greasy side. Typical for this sort of Mexican food it will be swimming in sauce, but it is good. The chips are made on-site and the salsa they bring with it is great. If you have time there is a Mexican grocery located next door.
You can order in English or Spanish, but either way "margarita" is pronounced the same!
I have recently taken a job in Fremont and this is where I ate my first night's meal. Â I found excellent service and decent food. Â While one reviewer said that the food is bland, the homemade salsa picante grew hotter and hotter and I found it excellent. Â The salsa de tomatillo was also very good. Â The waiter was attentive, organized, a good listener with a good sense of humor. Â These people are great and I will be going there again.
