BIG lounge area open to the public. But for its size I was surprised how smoky it was.

But it definitely has a lot of seating and a variety of TV's. I liked the lounge area(s)!

As for cigar selection, it's one of those shops with ties to the major companies. It lacked the unique boutique brands I personally enjoy discovering.

All that said, I would go back as it appears they are fixing the place up (was under construction) and it's in a good location.

Very nice place.  Excellent selection of named brand cigars and even their own brand is of a high quality and a great value.  I really like the new owners, Tim and Harry are always around and very helpful.  Good choice of TVs, comfortable seating options and WiFi.  I hate to admit it, I use this place as a second office {I know, bad cigar lounge etiquette but this place is inviting}.

Changed ownership and this place is great!! They're building a walk in humidor and have a great selection. Cool crowd. Great for out of towners to hang out. Open late hours.

Nice place with high ceilings and a decent selection of cigars. Tucked away on the outskirts of Woodfield mall, it isn't to hard to find. They also share a private lot with Jarod's so you won't have to park next to the rabid mall crowd.

The owner of this place has a terrific knack for hiring very attractive and young women to tend the cashier and help customers. It makes the experience that much more pleasant as you lounge in one of the many overstuffed armchairs or high top tables. If you'd rather do something while you enjoy your smoke, head on over to the pool table and play a few games, no charge.

The only gripe I have about this place is they do not allow any alcoholic beverages inside. No chance to enjoy a few fingers of your favorite whiskey with a stick.

This place is closest to me so I frequent it the most. Great ventilation and high ceilings are a huge plus.

This place is great!  I go here with my friends and we haved a smoke and play cards in a private room they have.  We smoke, watch sports, and relax.

Everything is very comfortable expect in the winter it can get very very smokey.  Their smoke eaters don't do enough.

If they could only serve alcohol such as scotch or even coffee this would be a 5 star place.  Stupid smoke free laws........

Visited recently with a friend of mine and was a bit disappointed.

Pluses - they have a great selection of cigars, and it's a large lounge with pool tables and lots of TVs.

Part of the "vibe" is the young ladies that work there - dressed somewhat like a Hooters girl in high-heels the night we went.  I really don't care that they want that vibe, but when I buy a Padron Anniversary, she needs to know how to cut a cigar.  Didn't raise a fuss since I was with a friend I haven't seen in years.

When we went to sit down (it was about 5:30 at night), there were only a couple of other guys in the place, but most of the ashtrays were overflowing.  There were 2 young ladies working there who were playing on their Mac laptop on the sofa rather than worrying about keeping the shop in shape.

I'm not demanding when it comes to a cigar lounge - know how to cut my cigar, and empty the ashtrays now and then.  Unfortunately, the night we visited, they let me down on both.

It could have been a bad night, but at the prices they charge, they need to step up their game.

I don't smoke cigars often, but when I do, this is where I want to go to do it!  Pretty darn good selection of cigars too!  There is a pool table, and big chairs to watch the LCD TV's from.

It is relatively expensive as you can certainly get similar cigars online for less money BUT they also give you somewhere to go to smoke instead of having to be in the back yard when it is 10 degrees outside hoping your wife doesn't catch you!  I don't think you can get that online!

This is one of the best cigar shop I've been to. Selection is good, but I really did take a good look at what they had. From what I can see tthe shop is split into quadrants, pool tables in the back. Cashier, cigar selection and main lobby in the front and lastly a smoking room wedged like a door jam between the pool tables and the main lobby.  Few leather chairs, sofas and high chairs and two large screen TV.

This is a great man cave for those who appreciate a good cigar.
Not with standing all the sports bars that are around us, this seems to elevate the clients to a more sophisticated environment.

The current collection of cigars are good, with the owners willingness to let the market dictate the selections. I like the friendly and gracious atmosphere.

    I will spread the word.

Walking into this place was to breathe the air of lost freedom that our socialist state and local governments have stolen from those of us who appreciates the finer yet simpler joys of life - the freedom to smoke a good cigar when and where we want.  I have long awaited a place where a man can for a brief moment escape life's mundane responsibilities (like the family) and savor a good smoke in a safe place that segregates those who enjoy life at a higher degree than the rest of the ignoramous polluting masses.

The rule is simple. Buy a cigar from its broad selection and enjoy everything the place has to offer. The place has a relaxing ambiance. The staff is friendly with a good product knowledge that serves beginners and aficionados alike.  The place has a few big screens, a conference room and a couple of pool tables. The chairs are well appointed and very comfortable.  They offer free wi-fi access and  have vending machines for pop and snacks.  Regrettably, the regime that rules the Schaumburg Peoples' Party (a.k.a Village Trustees) have punishing laws that prevent the consumption beverages to compliment a good smoke - no BYOB.

Albeit the regulatory adversities, the Cigar Lounge is a great mental retreat and a spiritual haven to briefly shelter us from the hostilities of the uncivilized world.

"The Cigar Lounge" is an upscale cigar lounge that focuses on an old time jazz feel with lots of dark wood and vintage posters. This one of the biggest cigar shops I have ever seen.  With plenty of T.V's and pool tables this is a great place to hang out and have a quick smoke.
