Clancy's Irish Pub & Grill

Woudn't you know that most of the nights I don't feel like cooking end up being dollar burger nights at Clancy's!? I love their burgers. They aren't really small or huge burgers. They are just right. Definately worth the buck you pay for them. My husband and i even think they make their own patties because they vary a little bit in size and shape with every burger. Their fries are outstanding. I could eat just a couple of baskets of fries and not even consider the burger. The first time we went, we ordered a little side salad. It was more worth the $1 than the burger was and probably was made with the burger fixin's but i think we paid $3 for it. i'd stick to just the burgers and fries if you are there for that. And, we take our kids. This thing says it isn't kid friendly, but anybody who has 2 or more kids would be a fool not to take them for $1 burger and fries. We always see kids in there.  I'm guessing the crowd starts to change around 9:00 and later, so go earlier than that if you bring the kiddos.  I haven't tried anything else on the menu because I'm too cheap to venture from the dollar menu but everything I've ever seen come out of the kitchen looks fantastic.  I keep telling myself i'm going to try the potato soup someday. I'll let you know how that goes if i ever do.

Clancy's may be a 4 star bar but it is still a bar.  I was here for the $1 burger night and it was an excellent burger.  Having the table with add ons was nice to have and service was good.  This would definitely be a good place to meet up with friends for good food and decent atmosphere.

Review based on being a throw-back pub/family restaurant.  Food above average for a pub and outdoor dining is very fun.  Burgers, fried chicken, fried fish and steak good options.  Good price, decent food, cold beer and best when you can sit outside.  Celiac's - they will accommodate Gluten free options!
