Ok so it is just a "neighborhood" bar and grill. Â Nothing special, a ton of decent fried specials for lunch, but it is a great place to meet a bunch of friends and just kibitz about how to cure the worlds problems.
On the first Friday of every month 5-10 retired sales guys I worked with for 30 years get together for lunch and talk.
So they won't win a James Beard award, but their dail specials are very, very good. Â And it is what you are looking for in a neighborhood bar.
Personally I love the cod sandwich with home made potato chips. Â Yes the chips have a ton of calories and fat...but who the hell cares? Â And if you are lucky the server makes most of the ladies at Hooters look like boys.
Great local dive bar with great waitresses that make you feel at home, and are damn good at keeping your glass full. Crowd is older earlier in the evening and gradually changes to a 20 something crowd as the night progresses. Good bar food...darn good breakfasts also. Great drink specials throughout the week.
