Van's Tavern

I was a little scared of hotel bars before going into this place, but it's a very laid back atmosphere. It's small and kind of posh, but kind of cozy, too. Hotel guests mill about early in the evening, and later it fills with exploited and disillusioned restaurant workers from the nearby Chili's, Texas Roadhouse, Amici's, etc. Nicole makes wicked strong Bombay and tonics for five bucks.
