I loved this place and it is too bad that suddenly closed. Â It is a small venue and is often crowded (lucky the fire marshal never came around). The management/owners are a great bunch of people. Â Being a disabled vet I cannot stand for long periods of time and they always made sure that I was given a table with chairs to be at. Â I am going to have to find another place to get my country fix on. Â Being a small venue I was able to see Chris Young, James Wesley, Josh Thompson, Jerrod Niemann, and Cowboy Troy. If they open again, which I hope so, I will definitely be returning.
Review Source:If you're looking to go here for dancing or for a small (not sold out) concert, then this is a decent venue (The Rapids in Niagara Falls is better for concerts).
If you're going for a concert that is sold out or close to it, then you would be better off just staying home and listening to music.
The owner and staff here are great. Â We've been here several times for smaller events, and they've always been very accommodating (my concert sidekick is a disabled veteran and requires seating - which they go above and beyond to provide).
On sold out nights, seating isn't available and we knew that in advance. Â The problem wasn't the establishment, it was the crowd. Â There were several fights, people were mean drunk, and there were simply too many people pushed into the little area by the stage. Â The entire building has an occupancy limit of 715. Â All of those people were packed into 1/3 of the building once the concert started.
Aside from the crowds (the main act - Chris Young - actually stopped a song to tell people to quit fighting), this venue just wasn't designed to give great views like The Rapids is. Â Unless you are 6 feet tall, you couldn't even see the stage. Â Most people were using their phones held over their heads so they could see the stage. Â I am only 5'1", so I spent most of the night staring at the back of whatever body was standing in front of me.
Not surprisingly, we left half way through the main set.
Club Infinity is a great place to see a show.
All kinds of artists play there that might normally only play bigger theaters or small arenas.
Sometimes other name bands manage to squeeze in "one off" shows during their tours.
Tesla plays there every so often and usually they pack the place.
Infinity has a great sound and light system.
A very spacious bar is there as well as a private 2nd floor room looking over the main floor and stage area.
If there are no bands playing, there really is no other reason or attraction to go there.
They have okay bar food also.
There is quite a bit of parking available in the back, as well as satellite lots that are available also.
This review is relative to Club Infinity during a ticket-based concert.
We went to see OLP at Club Infinity and we very, very unhappy with the whole experience. A few things, in order of the evening-
1. the parking lot isn't paved. there were rocks flying everywhere and no attendants to guide parking in  a lot with no lines, poles, etc.
2. there was a line outside the door going all the way down the side of the building. this made no sense to me, as we got there a full 45 minutes after the doors were supposed to open and the line was moving very, very slowly. My guess is, they wanted you to see the line outside, grab your coat, and then pay for their coat check. no other explanation.
3. I got a TON of pressure from the bartender to leave my card up at the bar. She literally asked me 4 times, twice saying "are you sure?" ...yes, I'm sure I don't want my credit card at the bar of a building about to be filled to the rim.
4. This was the worst part - the concert, despite opening it's doors at 6:30, didn't start until somewhere around 8:15. Unbelievable! I'm sure there's at least a dozen local bands that would have loved to play during the empty 2 hour void that evening. We were really annoyed to have been standing around for that long with absolutely nothing to do, and unfortunately the opening band got some undue grief from the crowd because of it.
5. It got really, really hot inside - i know this happens really often at concerts, but we weren't standing in the mass of hot bodies and it was still really uncomfortable. Probably would have helped if they weren't using the kitchen all night, pumping more heat into the already small room.
My experience that night had absolutely led us to choose to never attend a GA concert at club infinity again.
