Well, I didn't really get to hang out at this club, but I did get to check it out. Â The main reason why I can't give any love is because of false advertising, money-grubbing-hosts, and "small town style".
My friends made it here before I did. Â When I arrived, I saw some perplexed faces. Â They just said, "go inside, ask if you could go in before paying". Â I obliged.
I approached the guy at the front, and asked if I could go inside. Â He said I could and also said "it's Asian Night". Â Huh?
Inside there was a dude singing on the stage, and it seemed to be fairly happening, but I left.
Now, this place has been touting itself on the radio as "the Tri-Cities' newest and hottest night club!!!!"
I think not.
My friends were PISSED (not drunk, but crazy-mad!). Â They had to pay $10 each to get in (dude, this ain't Seattle!). Â When they found out it wasn't a DJ, they asked for a refund and the guy at the front wasn't having it!
Now my friends whooped and hollered a bit to no avail. Â One good thing is that they prevented a few more customers from entering by telling them "don't go!". Â
Maybe this place is better on other nights, but they should be more professional. Â There were no signs up saying there was a "special night". Â If they want good word of mouth for this place, they shouldn't treat customers like crap. Â
Screw this place and their "small town", and small-minded tendencies---there are "hotter and cooler" places in the tri-cities!!!!!!!! Â My first impression is this place is WEAK!
In conclusion, all I gots ta say is:
"I want my 10 dollars!!!!"
**a cookie for who knows what movie that is from** Â ;)
