Seemed like a nice enough place. Food we had was average.  Sat outside but it's near the road and was a little noisy.   Might go back.

Nice but average.  Decent food, good service.  We were there on a weeknight at 7:15 PM so missed the happy hour by minutes.  We had the Lumberjack red to drink, very tasty, not too  hoppy.  I had the corned beef and cabbage.  The corned beef was well cooked but very bland, and there wasn't much cabbage.  My husband had steak and shrimp, he said his was good but nothing spectacular.

Lots of TV sets for the sports-minded.  The music was odd---hip hop, rap.  It didn't make sense in an Irish-themed pub.

I would call it a brewhouse over a pub.

Best. Philly. Ever! I don't have pub food often but when I treat myself it should always be this awesome. Good beer but that was expected. Staff was attentive and helpful. Great stop if you're in the area. Families seem to be welcome as well, pretty chill atmosphere.

Great drink specials, really big bar and always a great crowd. There is a Speakeasy door hidden behind a bookcase. Cool little hangout when it's not reserved.

Monday is a miracle. $2.50 cocktails BUT YOU NAME WHATEVER LIQUOR YOU WANT. NO WELL. UNHEARD OF. AND AWESOME.
Food was great, our server sweet and quick.
Bartender and clientele a lil brah-y but you can't have it all.

Nachos, flat bread pizza, chichen sandwich. Great atmosphere. Loved it. Great prices. Good downtown location. Friendly, personable wait staff.

We were only in Flagstaff for one night, read all the reviews for where to eat, and decided on Collins.  We were not disappointed.  Although we ordered way too much food, the staff was friendly and dealt with our group just fine.

My friends and I were visiting Flagstaff this past weekend and this was our first stop on Friday when we got into town. This was an excellent choice because ALL their draft beers (not just domestic) are $2.50. We all ordered food with our drinks and everyone enjoyed what they ate. I had the chicken strips tossed in wing sauce with fries. Their fries are pretty good, the wing sauce was good too. One friend got the shrimp and steak dinner, but it only came with two shrimp-kind of a bummer. It's your typical bar food with some Irish food on the menu. Can't say how that was, because no body gave it a try. Service was good and our waitress was attentive.

We stopped in here and sat at the bar. It was fight night apparently so there was a bit of a crowd. The service was top notch! Plenty of staff on hand and always asking if we needed anything. The drinks were stiff and yummy! We had the flatbread pizza with Irish sausage. My husband ordered it and I had grown a bit tired of pizza but when I took a bite out of this one.. wow... just pure melt in your mouth delicious! One thing that caught our eye was the fish tank on the bar full of goldfish. We asked about it and apparently every tuesday from 9pm to closing they have goldfish racing.. yes thats right. and you can bet on your fish to win.. They set up some kind of track and you use a squirt gun to get your fish moving.. Im so going to go back just to see that! All in all the place is clean and it looks like they have some great drink specials too! It was a bit noisy but again the ufc fights were going on while we were there. Service and food was a plus. We definetly plan to visit again. :)

Yes, it can be full of college kids on weekend nights, but for the most part, Collins is one of our favorite Flag bars. Decent food, good drinks and prices and a prime location. Cute bar staff doesn't hurt ;-)

Fun place but would be better as a more chill spot with less clubby music.

Definitely one of the better bars/restaurants in downtown Flagstaff. Drinks are very good at a reasonable price. This is definitely a place to be when you want to go out drinking on a Saturday night.

My husband and I had lunch here while we were passing through town. The place looked like fun and it has a nice patio area. It was a really nice experience but the food was just okay. I had the shepherd's pie. It was pretty good but it was a scoop of potatoes surrounded by the pie innards. I guess I could call that presentation unconventional but really it's just lazy. My husband had the chicken wrap and it was good but more like a burrito than a wrap. I had a good time and I'd go back again and give it a second chance.

The crowd was great and the bar is huge.

but how do i put this?....

the music was not my cup of tea.  A lot of rap.

Two shots of patron and a cocktail will run about $23.

A-ok for bar food.  Stay away from the Irish nachos, everyone else enjoyed their meals. We would go back again.

I went to Collins on a Sunday morning to catch a football game before leaving town so I can't speak for the nightlife but it's a great place to watch some games. Lot's of flatscreens and the waitresses are plenty easy on the eyes. We had the mini-burgers and they were absolutely delicious with the au jus.

The later the better. People started coming in after 10PM. My friends and I hung out there around 9. We sat down and order drinks. The good thing is, we didn't know they had a 2 for 1 drinks on Friday starting at 9pm until closing. We loved that! We got this drink call sex on the beach. It was pretty good. Met a couple of cool people.

They started to move chairs and tables in the other half of the bar so people can dance. Didn't got to because too tired and wanted to head home. Maybe next time.

There are A LOT of people after 11PM. So must be a good bar.

Let me start this by saying this type of place isn't my cup of tea.

Lot's of guys lurking for drunk chicks to take advantage of... seems like there's always the possibility of a fight breaking out (I was almost involved in one)... typical college bar.

this is your place if you're looking to dance and be ridiculous. Not a great atmosphere to have conversation or really enjoy the company of your friends.

Like I said... Typical college bar.

Collin's is a nice alternative to the always crowded-impossible to find a decent seat Flagstaff Brewery. It's a lot nicer inside than you'd think when you pass by, with big rounded leather booths facing TVs to catch just about any game you'd want. Great wings, good Shepard's pie -- nice place! If you're a pub person, you'll love this place.

this is the "bro" bar of flagstaff. lots of very drunk American Indians. Its the only place in flag that plays club music though.

Whenever you see alot of people or a crowd its a good sign.

    Recommendations.

Beer - Get something called the Kilt Lifter.
    lol good stuff.

Food or Appetizer - Irish Nachos. Man these were good. They used potatoe chips. Yeah the round chips and covered it with provalone cheese and something else delicious.

Happy Hour I think starts at 9pm for these guys. Nice.

I haven't had the best food here in Flagstaff, and I'm not that hard to impress, either.  But, as a Texan... I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with Texas Thursdays at Collin's.  $5 for pulled-pork or BBQ and $1 drafts/wells (my poison- Blue Moon) made me miss home.  The place is clean and still appears quite new.  I will certainly be back to try the pot roast.  One warning, though, I wouldn't come here on a date... your male companion might be staring more at the hot waitresses than at his beef and cabbage.  If you are feeling risky, be sure to wear your push-up bra.  You'll be glad you did.

Love the french fries here! The rest is of the food is okay. This place gets really crazy on weekend nights. Lines out the door, turns very club-ish with a lot of drunk college kids...

Came here on Christmas for dinner b/c we were here on vacation from Tulsa, OK and we wanted to have a "fun casual" Christmas dinner. We walked in expecting some good beer and decent bar food and we were blown away! They had a special Christmas menu and the food we ordered was unbelievably amazing!
I had the cornish game hen and it was THE BEST I have ever had. It came with some steamed seasoned vegetables and rice which were perfect with this and tasted great too! My husband had the NY Strip steak and it was soo good! Perfectly cooked (Med-Rare) and seasoned to perfection.
We came expecting a bar with mediocre food and got so much more.
We had a blast drinking draft guinness and a local brew with fantastic food. Our waitress only came around when we needed another round and was outstanding. Will definitely visit again when and if I am in Flagstaff.
The only thing that was odd about this "Irish pub" is that it is NOT an Irish Pub...it's just a normal food draft beers kinda place...do not think you'll get a boxy or any lobster chowder here.
Every day of the week has an outstanding beer special.

For Flagstaff, this is a good place to hang... Happy Hours everyday from 4-7pm, $2.5 - $1 Well Drinks and Drafts.. $5 Ribs, and $1 Sliders. More importantly, College girls love this Place! So, I can't really think about anything that I can let me avoid this place.. Yay! I'm a Fan.

I don't care what people say.  This isn't a bad place to go.  Yes, it's a bro-ham bar, but if you come on sundays, its great for NFL.  Pretty good food and good waitstaff.  Also, pretty epic bloody mary bar...nothing like a little hair of the dog.

While living in Flagstaff, I always ended up going to this God awful place at least once every weekend... but it was never by choice.  However, if you like loose women and Lil Jon's Music then this is the bar for you!

Collin's is a place for scalawags, scoundrels, and trollops.  Avoid at all costs if you have a decent bone in your body.

Ok, I don't often go to an Irish pub that I DON'T like, cuz they usually serve Corned Beef and Jameson and therefore, I am pretty happy! So this place was no different. On a Sunday before Cardinals camp, in the middle of a heavy thunder storm, we wandered, or more ran our asses off, in for a quick lunch and a couple beers. The waitress was very cute and friendly and while the service wasn't super quick, we had the time and didn't mind wasting a little here. Pretty typical menu. The food was great. I would love to check it out on a Sat. night sometime. If I'm ever back in Flagstaff again, it will definitely be on my list of stops!

I like this place. It is a skanky college bar in a good way. Nice dancing music, a chill room out back and $1 drinks. Not in town often, but I'd return.

This is a really big bar... make that three bars in one.

We really enjoyed this place. Lot's of TV's, games, pool tables, and friendly bartenders. Unfortunately we didn't get here until late on Sunday night and it was pretty empty. My guess is Friday and Saturday are pure pandemonium!

2.50 drafts and well drinks ensured the bartenders a fat tip.

Pretty solid bar overall. Came here Saturday and every college football game that mattered was on. Multiple TV's all around the bar and restaurant area made viewing games easy. The staff here is very attentive and super friendly.

The food was good, great sized burger, nice big fries, I'd order it again. My buddy ordered the sausage plate and that thing had the greatest mashed potatoes and gravy ever. Prices were fair, a little expensive with the shots, but comparable to everywhere else overall. I look forward to coming here again someday.

I stumbled upon Collins while walking around downtown Flagstaff on Saturday afternoon. I wanted a place to watch some football and grab lunch and upon seeing Collins, I wandered in and sat at the bar. There were a number of TVs right behind the bar each with a different game on. I also noticed quite a few TVs scattered throughout the place, so if you are looking for a place to watch sports, this looks like it fits the bill quite well. Service was a bit spotty - the bartender wasn't as friendly as one would expect at an Irish pub and it took over five minutes for him to even acknowledge me.

I thought the food prices were a bit high for what the food was and the menu was quite uninspired. I had the cobb salad for lunch and it was pretty good - the chicken was nice and moist and the rest of the salad was fresh. For $9.99 it was a pretty good size I have to admit. Thankfully the beer selection does make up for the menu, so with my salad I enjoyed a Harp. For a Saturday afternoon at 1 pm, Collins had a very good size crowd - mostly there to watch football from what I could see. My bill for a beer and salad came to $15 after tax.

Next time I am in Flagstaff I would go back to Collins to drink and watch sports, but not to eat.

Ok good irish food when you are in the mood for it BUT i will probably never come here again because of the service. We were in flagstaff for the weekend and decided to go here.  The dumb B***H that was our server completely ignored us because she was flirting with every guy in the room. When we finally got our food after an hour wait it tasted good. So the food is worth it. BUT when we got the bill (another hour later) we used our debit card and gave her the basic 20% tip even though she didnt deserve it.  Well we checked the bank account after the transaction cleared and the stupid waitress added another $12 to the tip!!! We called and the manager apologized but forget it I will never go there again.

So good food but its just not worth it...

It is a bar first and a restaurant second. You can defiantly tell by the service. A great place to have lunch, a beer and watch a game. They have some of the best burgers in Flag. The service is HORRIBLE but if you drink enough you get over it. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a nice family place but for a group of friends to meet up it is a good spot.

I thought this place was neat. same place as any other irish pub i've been to. the service was great. she was helpful and kept a great smile throughout her shift - way to keep the customers happy!!!

i ordered the mini burgers which was a little pricey. i think i've never had with burgers was Au jous sauce and it came with my order which made it really good!! my sister had their corned beef and cabbage which was also delicious. the meat was tender and flavorful.

the lighting was a little weird cause the lights kept dimming low and then back up to high. somethings probably wrong with their electrical wiring. lol.

over all this place was very inviting and great!

I've been to Collin's twice.  Both times it was unpleasant.  I went once for dinner.  It took us over an hour to get our food and it wasn't very busy so there was no excuse.  The service was atrocious.  The food wasn't even good.  It was really bright too.  It was strange and unpleasant.  Apparently they turn those off at night but it was about 9pm so I'm not sure when that happens.  They have awesome drink specials nightly but you'd have to put up with a large crowd or rowdy drunk annoying people and obscenely loud and crappy music (no I do not want to shake my "laffy taffy" thank you).

This is not one of the most authentic Irish places around, but it's certainly one of the best.
I was lucky to stumble by this place the one time I was in Flagstaff.  I had the corned beef stew, it was filled with chunks of beef, huge pieces of potato and served with marbled rye bread.  Seriously was the best "fake" Irish food I've had, ever.
Plus, they served my Guiness with an adorable little clover press in the foam.  What could be better?

Not the most traditional Irish bar around, but a great place to spend a long cold night in Flagstaff.

Drinks are considerably cheaper than at most Irish pubs, and they cater to music lovers and billiards players of all varieties. Most nights, there will either be a DJ or live band as entertainment, and the pool tables in the back room are always packed.

The crowd varies from night to night between collegiate roughhousers to middle aged boozehounds. The general vibe is typically laid back, and other bargoers are friendly and open to interacting with any newcomer that strolls through the door.
