The owner contacted me and said he'd like to call me to discuss my visit

He didn't.  
I guess he was too busy sitting at the counter talking to waitresses with his back to the dining room.

Decent pizza horrible customer service. Our 1st experience here was ok but the order was wrong we ordered deep dish & got thin crust didn't know till we got home, the crust was doughy & soggy. Our 2nd attempt to eat from here was the 1 that sealed the deal for us. We were placed on hold 4 times while attempting to place our order for delivery & were told it would be about 45 mins to an hour, no prob. After an hour & 20 mins I called to see the status of our order & was told they would be there any time now, ok I understand its Friday night it's busy no worries. Another 25 mins went by I again called to see what was going on & again was told it would be there any time now. I asked to speak with a manager when he picked up the phone I started out calmly explaining our situation but every 4 words I spoke I was interrupted & wasn't being giving the opportunity to get a sentence out, I got very angry with him & told him where he could put his pizza. You would think the manager would have some common sense & let the customer vent to him then defuse the situation & everything would have been great.  But nope he had to be a back side of a donkey. Don't go to this place!
