I am surprised to see that there are any good reviews of this place! It has potential if they hire new employees, though, because the view is good and the ambiance is pretty cute. The service, however, is probably the worst I have ever experienced. I went back twice after the first bad experience because I assumed the people working were having an "off" day and gave them another chance. But it got worse! I never got to try the frozen yogurt because they didn't have it ready any of the times I went, which they didn't tell me until my daughter had the cup in hand and had chosen a flavor. They were standing right there while I was telling her all the flavors and then snapped at me to wait another 10 minutes and it might be ready. No smiles, just snappy and rude. The Cultured culture is far from pleasant, so beware!
Review Source:Decent variety of flavors and mix-ins/toppings from light and fruity to chocolatey. Â Great atmosphere. Â Very pricey. Â And the set up of the space could have used a little more thought.... you walk in through the front entrance and have to squeeze your way between tables, chairs, and the folks bottlenecked at the register to get over to the yogurt machines.
There are probably 12 or so flavors to choose from at any given time. Â I went with salted caramel pretzel yogurt and it was delicious. There are also several gluten-free options and your traditional vanilla/chocolate standards.
