I am surprised to see that there are any good reviews of this place! It has potential if they hire new employees, though, because the view is good and the ambiance is pretty cute. The service, however, is probably the worst I have ever experienced. I went back twice after the first bad experience because I assumed the people working were having an "off" day and gave them another chance. But it got worse! I never got to try the frozen yogurt because they didn't have it ready any of the times I went, which they didn't tell me until my daughter had the cup in hand and had chosen a flavor. They were standing right there while I was telling her all the flavors and then snapped at me to wait another 10 minutes and it might be ready. No smiles, just snappy and rude. The Cultured culture is far from pleasant, so beware!

Decent variety of flavors and mix-ins/toppings from light and fruity to chocolatey.  Great atmosphere.  Very pricey.  And the set up of the space could have used a little more thought.... you walk in through the front entrance and have to squeeze your way between tables, chairs, and the folks bottlenecked at the register to get over to the yogurt machines.

There are probably 12 or so flavors to choose from at any given time.  I went with salted caramel pretzel yogurt and it was delicious. There are also several gluten-free options and your traditional vanilla/chocolate standards.

Nice atmosphere, good yogurt but way over priced. My fiance and I each got oatmeal and drip coffee and it was $25!!!! Could go around the corner to wildflower and get more food for much less.

A little more expensive than the other self-serve froyo places in town, but this is far more delish! They're yogurt is Greek yogurt based, so its creamier and richer tasting. They had some great toppings, everything from chocolate covered poms to mochi to Airheads! Didn't have anything from the coffee bar, but the tea menu looked great. Loved the décor and general ambiance, much more relaxed compared to YogurtU - check out the loft! They have free board games to play so it fits perfect into hippy Flag. Staff was courteous and very helpful for anyone who came in with questions or wanting to sample some of the more interesting yogurt flavors (what I can remember they had 5/25/13: Tahitian vanilla, salted caramel pretzel, pink lemonade, triple chocolate, red velvet, peanut butter, and a few others)

Fun new coffee/tea/yogurt place in Flagstaff. Decor is trendy and comfortable - tea selection is awesome! Baristas make quality espresso and the yogurt flavors were delish! Check out the cool murals too!
