The Piano Room is a great escape from the typical bar scene. They serve traditional, prohibition era drinks and really only carry top-shelf liquors. It's dark with rustic leather and wood beamed ceilings and relatively quiet. The piano player is fantastic and they have a request list for your favorite piano songs. 1 downside: they just put up big screen tvs inside and had it on the sports channel last time I was there. Go next door to Collins if you want sports!!!! I think it's under new ownership... :/
Review Source:A surprise find while walking down an alley.  Cozy environment of a small bar and tables.  Even had a piano player playing on the Friday evening we were there.  We enjoyed a Milk and Honey and a Sazerac -- loved the absinthe in it.  Drinks were well made and the prices were good -- not high priced like some cocktail bars.  The bartender/mixologist  was a fine young man who made excellent drinks.
