Certainly more 'upscale' than related-and-neighboring Collins, the atmosphere is slick and some awesome drinks. An evening at this place is quite than most Flag bars...and that's not a bad thing.

The Piano Room is a great escape from the typical bar scene. They serve traditional, prohibition era drinks and really only carry top-shelf liquors. It's dark with rustic leather and wood beamed ceilings and relatively quiet. The piano player is fantastic and they have a request list for your favorite piano songs. 1 downside: they just put up big screen tvs inside and had it on the sports channel last time I was there. Go next door to Collins if you want sports!!!! I think it's under new ownership... :/

A surprise find while walking down an alley.  Cozy environment of a small bar and tables.  Even had a piano player playing on the Friday evening we were there.  We enjoyed a Milk and Honey and a Sazerac -- loved the absinthe in it.  Drinks were well made and the prices were good -- not high priced like some cocktail bars.  The bartender/mixologist  was a fine young man who made excellent drinks.

Although the ambiance of the room was really fantastic, and the music was great,  the menu for supper was extremely weak.  I believe we had five choices and each meal was more of a finger food delight:  potato pizza, cheese fondue, an asian pork dish, and Italian meatballs.  I looked for some cohesion as to how these items were chosen.  The only thought was that each item except the meatballs could be eaten without silverware.  If you want a meal - go elsewhere.  For cocktails, music and finger food it would be great.

Great atmosphere complete with live piano music and a rustic, old fashion bar feel to it.  Unique, delicious drinks.  Personally, my favorite drink is their edible cocktail, which a champagne mousse  on top that is to die for!  Also, the bartenders and servers are fast, friendly, and good at their jobs.  I had a wonderful experience all around and plan to go back very soon!  Loved it!

Very disappointing.  Have heard good and interesting things about The Piano Room, however I think my first visit will be my last.
Limited by the glass wine list, incredibly over the top drink concoctions, pricey, and yikes for the service.  Although I can understand when a server is the only server and they are really running to get everyone taken care of, I don't appreciate management that doesn't recognize this problem.
The food was surprisingly good, but, you shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for anything.

It's refreshing to be in a bar in Flagstaff where you are not packed in like sardines fighting to order a coctail .  The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy and the drinks are  original and well-balanced.  I did not get a chance to try the food menu, but did spend two out of our three night visit at the Piano Room and am looking forward to trying some of the food items on our next visit.

The owners were pleasant and not overbearing as was the rest of the staff.  The drink I really enjoyed is called, "Hints of Fall".  The Ponderosa Pine infused vodka is excellent as well.  Great place if you are looking for a more mature and relaxed  vibe.

I was so surprised to find a place like this in Flagstaff! It was hidden and very romantic.Great ambiance. The drink menu was put into books as menus which were really cute. There was a spanish guitar player there who was fabulous. My drink was one of the best drinks I have ever had. It was called Lime Devine or something similiar to that. My bestie had the Bellini Bliss and liked it just as much. If I stop by here again I'll definitely be back!

I think the bartenders are convinced I've moved in.  I've probably been to the Piano Room, oh, five times in the past week?  Been taking all my friends, plus it's a great fancy date with the BF.  Have worked through much of the drinks menu, still working through the food, and I haven't had a miss yet (although I still haven't tried the latex balloon cocktails people keep rabbling about).

Best drinks, IMO (and of course I've forgotten their punny names, so I'll just try to describe as best I can):
There's one that reads like a bloody mary with soy sauce that tastes like sushi.  No, not in the fishy way, in the heavenly delish way.
There's a dessert drink that tastes like caramel apple pie.
There's a whiskey-based one with an aged whiskey float that tastes just like molasses.
Then there's the orange creamsicle combo of their mandarin orange and vanilla house-infused vodkas.

    Food:
The BF loves the cilantro-covered pork sandwich with habanero oil.
My fav is the crab, which is an experience!  You wrap your own crab-stuffed spring rolls to your taste, at the table.  Super romantic.
And of course, the "drunksicles" and edible cocktails are adorable. I had the Irish cream/chocolate drunksicle and the mandarin orange edible cocktail.  Word of warning: like jello shots, they go down way too fast, and I got hit with a pretty hard drunken wheeeee!

Fun thing to try: the booths have curtains, so if you want a truly provate dining experience, ask the servers to close your curtains.  It does get busy on the weekends, though, especially Art Walk nights.  Polite perk: they'll call your cell when your table's ready, if you get on their waiting list.

This place is awesome.  The bartenders are world-travelers and really know their stuff.  GREAT addition to the Flagstaff scene, and my new favorite place to take...well, everybody.

This is a great addition to the Flagstaff night scene. The ambiance is warm and friendly. It has a very cozy, speakeasy feel. Cocktails are fantastic. You can tell Brian or Paula at the bar the flavors you like and watch them create something tailored to your tastes. The food menu is creative...and dangerous. The popcorn with truffle oil and parmesan cheese is heavenly. The crab dish is very, very tasty.

This is quickly becoming THE place to visit in Flagstaff. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.
