The Copperline Eatery

Swung by this place for a quick breakfast on a Sunday. The place was full but service was friendly and quick. Sat at the counter and watched the symphony of the line cooks cranking out food as fast as they could. Coffee was served right away. The home fries were amazing. The pancakes were fine. Definitely will come here again.

Delicious home fries and great apple cinnamon pancakes! This place has probably the best home fries i have ever had! I can't put my finger on what they season them with, but I want that recipe! Or just an endless supply every morning.

Oh, something to know that I learned my first time there. There are two entrances: one from the convenience store and one from the side. The parking lot is always packed so be careful when entering and exiting, very tight spots. Anyway, when you get in, it's a seat yourself thing so just sit at any table you see and the bus boy will clean up the table from the people before you got there. Not very well organized but the food is worth the wait and confusion!

Great breakfast joint, well at least for the food.  We arrived a bit over an hour before closing time, and unfortunately had a bit of a struggle finding our waitress at times.  Odd, since place is tiny.  Clean-up, breakdown, and set-up was in full force, and obviously  the focal point of the staff.  Why couldn't they wait to mop the floors, and especially the entryway moments after the final customer left and not before?  Nothing like doing the bob and weave dance with a waitress and a bucket of soapy water.  Nothing settles the stomach better.

Onto better things - the food.  Honestly it's great breakfast/diner type food. Preparation was good, taste was great, no complaints there.  

Quirky Keno window inside the restaurant that is open to a convenience store.  While waiting for your meal, grab a Keno slip and try and win breakfast.  Odd, and probably a bit of a nuisance if you are seated close by.
