The Cottage Pub & Restaurant

We went to the Cottage based on the reviews on yelp.  I was surprised to see cloth tablecloths but the napkins are paper. The food was good and so was the service.  We were a table of four and we had the mushroom fries, wings, ribs, and the chicken cordon blue.  The fried mushrooms were good as were the wings and ribs.  The cordon bleu was basically a tortilla with chicken and ham inside with a piece of melted cheese on the outside.  But he really liked it.  The menu ranged from bar type food and sandwiches to pasta, salmon and even prime rib on the special.  We were pleased with what we had and would recommend this place.

I am a big fan of the food at the Cottage.  The ambiance is fine for what it is - in the front it's a bar.  It's a smallish bar though.  However small it is, I've never been in there with a huge crowd, so I never felt squished.  

The wings are very good and that's usually what I'll get when I eat there.  They have some great flavors and great variety.  The drink specials are also solid.

The one downside could be parking - but I used to live near there so I know you can park behind or on the street.  Overall it's a very good place.

pub food at its best!  delicious, delicious, delicious.  don't run when you see the outside - it's actually very nice inside and the service is great.
