  It was 2PM on a Monday (early October)  - slow day - one car in front of us at drive thru. Long conversation between male customer and two female workers. Drove to parking space and went inside.....both still chatting with customer. Waited...waited...waited. Another car pulls to drive thru...we are still waiting at the counter... Guess we were invisible.
  
  We left.
  
  Enough said.

  Horrible service and melted ice cream. I suggest not going through the drive-thru.
