Decarlo's Bar & Grill

So I spent 1/2 hour driving around Reading looking for a place to grab a drink before a concert.  I found this place and was pleasantly surprised that beers were $3 each.  It was a very clean area, with a large bar in the middle and many tvs on the walls.  It was a bit weird that the cook wasn't there by 5pm.  The bartender was stuck cooking and tending, but really there were less than 10 people in the bar.  The food was ok, frozen fried wings, but they were pretty good.  All in all I'd stop again.

Stopped in here around 5 on a Sunday, got a Troegs Hopback draft for 4$! Also, all the other bars in the area that were open on Sunday in the area smelled of urine and had methheads trying to sell us loose bars of soap. Decent selection of beer for the area too!
