For what I experienced here, which was a few drinks at the bar on a sunny afternoon with an old friend, I have to say, well done. Â The space was formerly a Chinese restaurant, and it must have been a big one. Black walls with white furniture and raised platforms (with sofas and curtains!) and a long bar with very comfy chairs create an atmosphere not common in the area. Nightclub feel and lighting. Â Thank god for a place without all that fluorescent light. Â
Martini menu is mostly sweet cocktails, but I had a nice classic martini. Â Wines by the glass are ok. Â The neon-lit bar is pretty.
Service was sweet and friendly from Katie, a fellow animal lover. Â The menu is pretty much all meat, so I did not try the food, but I admire that someone put some money into a strip mall to make a nice little oasis. Â It is super busy on the weekends with a club scene. Â I will keep it in mind as a close-by spot for happy hour. Â And I don't even know if there is a happy hour. Â Maybe they could put on some chill music on during the day? Â I think word is starting to get out.
