  This place had all the potential to be good, yet they failed in every way. The service was horrible. I never got my drink in spite of asking 4 times. The prime rib was awful after they bragged about it being a signature item. We paid extra for a "loaded" baked potato, yet they only brought butter for the extra few bucks and called it "loaded". Really?! Wendy's does a better baked potato for a fraction of the cost. This next part isn't the restaurants fault, but the outside seating was so loud with all the semi-trucks and motorcycles going by. Very difficult to have a conversation and jarring to the nerves. Especially when your food is bad and you never got your drink.

  Years and years ago I spent alot of time in Longmont and used to frequent this little corner spot when it went by another name.  En route up to Ft Collins, we decided to stop for lunch and I recognized the spot.
  
  We were two of 5 people in the place, 2 of which were working there.  We sat down and ordered a couple of beers and some burgers.  Now, as I often maintain, a burger is a hard thing to screw up, but even harder to make very well, a middle of the road one is far too easy to find.  That's what this place had to offer.  It wasn't bad, it did the trick.  The fries and onion rings weren't particularly special either.
  
  The service was quick, we were greeted promptly and served on time, but the overall service itself was pretty minimal.  The person who took our table seemed extremely disinterested, and the other guy behind the bar never glanced our way.  When it's that dead I think a little more effort is called for.
  
  I don't know if just the name is different or the entire ownership, but the fare looked familiar to me.  It took care of our lunch needs, but if I were in town for an extended period of time and not just stopping to eat I'd probably venture elsewhere.

  Great venue for music. I just saw Hazel Miller there and was very impressed with the music, the space, the crowd, etc. Prices were fair, sound system was good , crowd was normal, Hazel Miller was an excellent performer. The only disappointment was that they were out of the appetizer that I ordered. I settled fo rmy 2nd choice, which was decent.

  I saw stand up comedy here and it was hilarious, the server was excellent, and the food was great.  This is a great place to see a show in any town, not just Longmont.  I will be back!

  So cool to find this place in Longmont. Nice venue and decor - pretty hip and modern. We watched a band play on a Friday night and it was great. Waitresses came around every so often smiling and friendly wanting to serve right away. I didn't feel like we were in Longmont.. more like Los Angeles until you walk out and realize you are in Colorado.  Kudos to this place!

  The Dickens Opera House is on the second level above The Dickens Restaurant. The Opera House has been turned into a nightclub. There's a stage for performers, a dance floor, ample seating, and four pool tables. Longmont nightlife isn't exactly hopping, so it's nice to have a place like this in town.
