Dina's Sandwitch

The place is awesome!   Best drinks ever and the food is tasty too!!  Wish I lived closer because I would go often!!   If you look on the left wall as you walk in, you might find our dollar designed like the AZ flag on the wall!

Stopped in for a quick lunch, since this was the only place to eat within easy walking distance of our condo. They have a variety of sandwiches (as you would expect from the name), some appetizers, and a variety of foofy drinks and beers. The place is more of a bar than a restaurant, and the crowd on this particular Saturday afternoon was mostly older midwestern sunbird types. The drinks were pretty good and strong. The sandwiches were OK, nothing fancy. Service was good. Kind of an interesting ambience inside with all of the dollar bills stuck to the walls of the place.

I can't explain it but the vibe was so good... now that I'm back home I've thought of Dina's Sandwitch a few times.

The turkey sandwich on wheat was great... it's a bar kind of like a mini version of Cheers.
