The Dive

Their food is decent. Drinks are overpriced and watered down, and the service is good on weekdays but HORRIBLE on weekends thanks to one bartender with a really nasty attitude. The bowling alley next door is better for food and cheaper beer and drinks. It's definitely not a "dive" bar. They take too much of your money and don't even buy hand soap for the restrooms. I only give them 2 stars because of the 2 decent bartenders and the decent chicken wings.

Meh. The staff is nice, but the people that hang out here seem to be no more than undesirable single women waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting young Sailor.

ah well. There are some good shows here once in a while with cheap tickets. I would go for a show, but certainly not to "hang out."

Got to see Vanilla Ice here!  It was my 1st time here and not my last now.  Great venue for bands, prices good, and drink prices even better.  The sound here is pretty good for a smaller place and they do a decent job with the lights as well.  The guy to girl ratio favors the girls, but it's on the Navy base, so what do you expect?  Overall a great experience.  They have some pretty good bands come through here, so it's important to keep up.
