  Surprisingly good.
  When I walked in I had planned to eat there, but the dining room was cold (literally) and not very welcoming.  Instead of staying to eat, we ordered the food to go.  
  The counter area looked like your basic Chinese-Mexican take-out place like they have all over NYC, and I have never had very good food at one of those, so I did not have very high hopes.  But, when we got our food home it was really very good.  The prices were also very good.
  This restaurant delivers also, so either for that or take-out, I recommend it.  The dining room has the bare bones for dining, and with a little love, and heat, it could easily be a place for sit-down dining.
