  5 stars alone for the green chile bagel, so dang yummy.  Coffee is ok, service is quick and convenient next to many hotels.

  We chose this location as our breakfast spot for three days in a row during our stay in Denver.  Quick and friendly service, good coffee and of course yummy bagels and shmear.

  The staff at this location went above and beyond for a group meeting that I hosted on Saturday. Corporate catering did not inform them of our for-delivery order and so when I called after waiting an hour after the appointed delivery time, and after a few minutes of awkwardness, the staff responded with fulfilling the order in lightning speed, delivering it in a staff member's car (I guess they usually do not do weekend deliveries ... no feedback on this on the online order form), and comping us with some treats. So, while I give high marks to the staff and food, I am not at all happy with the online ordering process and the outcome of the lost order. But, I will make more of an effort to stop by this location since it is just minutes from the house. Thanks for the Herculean effort!

  Einstein's has some good bagels and some great shmear. Schmere? Sczchmeare? I can't remember. Anyways, I feel like every time I go to an Einstein's I get pretty consistent service, evenly cut (and tasty!) bagels and this was no different. The staff was extremely friendly and the place was clean and well kept.

  Solid breakfast option (and alternative to the expensive and plasticky looking breakfast at Aloft hotel across the street).  Love the salmon cream cheese spread, which I got on a plain bagel, as well as the very fragrant vanilla hazelnut coffee.

  So underwhelmed...  I've loved Einsteins for about a decade but this location is just not on par.  We went about 11AM on the weekend and there were less than five bagels to choose from :   I asked if there would be any ready soon and the employee said it would be at least 15 minutes.  So I settled on an onion bagel with regular shmear and lox.  The lox was not cheap and they only put on one thin slice of salmon...  Just not what I expect from Einsteins.

  Super friendly staff and yummy fresh bagels! Really, what more do you need in the morning? I love that I can be in and out in about 5 minutes and be on the way to work.  I also love that they remember me and know what I want. Very nice.
