I been there three times all on birthdays of my family not my choice. I'm not real big on fusion cuisine. Its American and Asian but it more American than Asian so it was more edible for me. I ordered coconut shrimp openers not impressed. I had this before on my vacation to Hawaii. I had the best, so this was disappointment , the shrimp  just didn't have the sweet and the crunch of coconuts crust batter and the pan pacific dipping sauce was more hot than zesty or didn't have a rich pineapple favor.  Serves was slow it  too over packed with the crowd .  Loud and noisy  every time we went. My family finally voted to go somewhere else for family birthday celebrations.
Review Source:I came for happy hour because East Side Mario was packed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Â The prices are OK, but not as fantastic as other places. Â The draft beer is $3 for the smaller size. Â I think 12 oz. We had the Korean tacos, artichoke dip, calamari, and baja chicken quesadilla. Â It was good, all of it. Â I was very surprised because I had been here before and wasn't that impressed with the food. Â The calamari and tacos were $6.50, the most expensive things on the happy hour menu. Â I prefer little calamari, but these were the bigger type with calamari strips, and they were good. Â
The waitress was great that night, which makes everything better. Â I will come back for happy hour.
