Well I love that they have Late Night HAPPY HOUR from 4p-10pm that's definitely a plus - went there for Friday night dinner w/ friends - service was good - the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and it they had the playoffs playing on their big screens with a Live DJ - definitely will be going back!

I don't think I would ever go back.  First, I called on my lunch break to find out what specials or events were happening Wed. 3/6/13. I was told it was ladies night with 20 % off my food tab and drink specials.  When I arrived around 8pm there was no one at the door to greet and sit me.  Towards the back were 3 very young ladies that appeared to work there but did not come up to us to greet us.  As I walked towards the back one young lady finally gets up, talks to us and sits us.  We were handed menus on regular paper with stains, curled up and clipped together.  We sat in the back and I almost regretted it as the carpet appeared extremely dirty. Soon thereafter another young lady took our drink order but went into the kitchen instead of the bar.  After being in the kitchen for a while the original waitress comes out and says, "oh did you want barcardi and coke?" I nicely answered yes however, I was angry that my drink order was passed on instead of being served in a timely fashion.  Nonetheless, we ordered appetizers.  The food was pretty good. Really much to my surprise.  The service was the worse part.   The same girl that sat us down, started to eat her own Dinner right next to us! Unbelievable.  She puts down her fork and says just let me know when you're ready to order. Who does that? Employees are never to eat in front of front of patrons!  Needless to say it seemed as most of her friends were the patrons as she sat next to a few guests as they ate.  At the end there was NO DJ but what seemed to be pandora playing in the background as we heard commercials.  I had to complain about my bill that did not have 20% off or any reduction in drink specials.  The owner was not present nor was a manager until the end.  The manager was gracious enough to deduct my bill after questioning me as to who told me it was ladies night then proceeded to say ladies nights is every other Wednesday.  I mentioned that my lunch phone call stated that and that our overly friendly waitress even commented, "today is ladies night but seems like there aren't any ladies, perhaps its the weather.'
Don't really think I will be back.

At first I was afraid, I was petrified... But I survived...
I'm always skeptical about partying in the Bronx, because of all the unfortunate drama you can come by. However that was not the case here. Despite my concerns and stereotypical attitude, I had a blast.  The music was great  &  no one was rowdy, just a bunch of local bronxites trying to have a good time.

The décor  was very nice, all white inside & the staff's pleasant.
As for the food I cannot comment, I never had the food here.
If you come to the lounge just know there is a $10.00 cover charge, i believe after midnight.

I can honestly say, the service at this place is phenomenal! The menu is limited but I enjoyed what I did try--quesadilla and mojitos. The prices are more than fair. The decor is simple but tastefully done and the vibe of the place is really chill. Everyone is eager to please and is very attentive. I went on a Thursday night and my group was seated right away. I will surely return. If they keep up the good work, Escape  might get my first 5 -star rating just because service is so important to me!

I've walked by this place a few times and have always wanted to go in, since the decor is so inviting and chic. Finally, on my way to Target with some friends I saw they had a pretty cool happy hour special, (buy one get one free drinks from 8pm-10pm) on our way back from Target I got my friends to go in and have only one round of drinks.

The manager Guadalupe came right over to us and asked us where we'd like to sit and she made sure to inform us of the $5 passion fruit drinks. We went for 1 drink we ended up having 4 drinks and stayed for about 4 hours more than what we had planned. We sang a couple Karaoke songs and danced. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes good music and just wants to have a good time. The service was very good, the drinks were strong and the staff was inviting and friendly.

P.S. The D.J was amazing! He played all genres of music from Lil Waynes "Gotta Love" to Omega and Prince Royce.

Clean white, wood & blue light decor, tasty food, fine service, great drinks.  Limited menu, as they just opened, but this means, chef's specials and lots of gladhanding from the friendly staff.  It's good to be (treated like a) king.
