    I'm a big fan!

Saganaki and gyros to DIE for!  Every time I come here, I am in love with the food and wonder why I don't come more often.  It is not fancy or ritzy by any means, and the staff is not full of bubbly people-persons, but for GREAT Greek food and casual dining, it's amazing!

Great gyros and the Greek salad here is WAY PAST delicious and bordering on sublime. A busy friendly place to grab lunch or dinner at a reasonable price. The gyro plate I've had 4 times is enormous and comes with a salad that is yummy. The big steak fries are good and my incredibly finicky about food husband likes the food too. They have a full bar and make sure you show up really hungry. Even though I'm always famished when I come here and I STILL end up taking home 75% of my gyro plate and I get 2 more meals out of it!

I get gyro's to go from Fazzi's quite frequently - they never disappoint.  Great thick cut steak fries and freshly made Tzatziki on the gyro's.

Have only had a sit down dinner here a couple times but they have a fairly new outdoor patio that looks really nice.

Pretty good.  They have some unique items on their menu that is hard to find in the area. Try it.

had the gyro sandwich. huge in size. and when i write "huge" i mean massive. it was that "gyro loaf" stuff. it was OK. by no means great. nice salad with it.

but...size doesn't make it "better". higher quality, smaller serving sizes desired.

all the charm of a punch in the face.

I went to Fazzi's Bar & Grill with a few friends from work when we were in the area.  I ended up getting the Saganaki and Pastichio.  I really liked the pastichio, it tasted great and very fresh.  The saganaki was ok, however I have had better.  I tried the hummus one of my companions had and was very happy with how it tasted as well.  I was disappointed with their dessert choices.  The cheesecake tasted frozen in my opinion.

So, maybe it's because I'm six months pregnant, but OMG, Fazzi's Chicken Piccata is now at the top of my "I gotta have it" list.

We had a party of four adults and one toddler...I decided to order the piccata from the lunch menu (6.99, honestly figured it to be a small portion).  The house salad they brought first in and of itself was delish (romaine, feta cheese, house dressing, one tomato slice, mushrooms and onions), and came with a very thickly sliced piece of a baguette.  When my lunch came, it was a generous portion for lunch and after the first bite, I was HOOKED.

The other couple we were with, said Fazzi's is one of their favorites and when I checked in on FB, several friends chimed in with comments like "thanks, now I'm drooling," "Fazzis is my FAVORITE," etc.

Service was great, lunch for the five of us was only $45 and we absolutely cannot wait to go back.  Oh, and I definitely used the remainder of my baguette to mop up what was left of the sauce in my bowl :-)

Fazzi's Bar and Grill, which I would hardy call a bar and grill, is a cozy little restaurant with a nice little bar inside. They serve American, Italian, and Greek fare (all Americanized).

The spanakopitawasn't very good, but the Greek salad and the warmed hummus and pita were great, and the onion rings were the best I've ever had--seriously. (Split the onion rings between at least three people or you'll be taking a bunch home.)

The ambiance is very pleasant inside and usually quiet, but the last time we were there with a large family with four kids who made the entire place (which is small) very noisy and enjoyable (and I'm usually pretty tolerant). After seeing this I wouldn't recommend bringing kids here because the tables are close enough together in the fairly small room that it's way too easy for kids to disrupt others' meals.

All in all, the food ranges greatly from not so great to fantastic, but the ambiance and onion rings are amazing, so I will definitely go there again (and look forward to it), assuming it isn't full of kids.

We recently went to Fazzi's for the first time at the recommendation of a friend from Turkey.  What a find!  The food is excellent, plentiful, and authentic.  The fried calamari is very good... not overly breaded, and cooked well... very tender.  The Greek sampler platter is awesome, and enough for two meals.  Great gyros, too.

Today we went back and they had a lamb shank special that was just great, and served over a heaping bowl of pasta in a lamb gravy... really good.

The atmosphere is casual, family, and the service is friendly and attentive.  Two big thumbs up for Fazzi's!

I Ate here a couple of times.  The food is great!    Just drank at bar waiting for friends this time.  The service was lackluster.  Got the wrong beer, no big deal.  All the barmaid has to do is reach back and het the right one.  I waited for at least 10 minutes while she took care of 3 really poorly constructed bloody Mary's and the servers drink orders?  Then I had to wait for the check.  This is a good bar to sober up in.

Greek food is my favorite cuisine, and I couldn't be happier that Fazzi's is in my town! I have had Greek food at probably 80% of the Greek restaurants in St. Louis, and Fazzi's ranks among the best and it's in my backyard. Not only is their food delicious, but it is extremely reasonably priced. I think I pay $12-$13 dollars for a fabulous Greek sampler plate complete with Greek salad, and I have paid around $20 for this at St. Louis places. Be prepared to take home a doggie bag, because the portions are HUGE!

I would eat there more often, but I am a foodie brat who always wants the higher-calorie offerings -- hello, moussaka! -- instead of the healthier dishes and I can't trust myself! From what I have heard, the healthier fish and chicken options are just as yummy, though.

My father lives in Alabama, and every time he comes up and we go out to dinner, he suggests Fazzi's. It's an all-around wonderful place to eat. They even have a lovely climate-controlled patio now!

The food is phenomenal. And all you people saying that it's not real Greek food are being snobs, because I was raised on my yia-yia's homemade, authentic Greek food my whole life...and our whole Greek family loves it there...including my yia-yia. The fried cheese someone said was "lame" is a real Greek appetizer, and yes they light it on fire and say "opah" for effect, but it is so yummy. As far as the dishes go, they make one of thee best gyro's I have ever had. Their other dishes are great too. The only thing I thought was bad there was their hamburger. Every other dish (and I have had a lot) is great. And yes, the prices are wonderful.

By the way, the people who make the food and own the place are Armenian, so the food IS authentic.

Man, I wonder if you guys have ever eaten Greek food. We've been there twice and it was horrible. I want to like this place, I really do, but I think it's horrible. I would even be willing to give it another shot but my girlfriend thinks it sucks so bad that she won't even agree to go there again.

    Love me some Fazzi's!

I almost always get the gyro plate and the spinach pie is to die for.

They've got some great apps too, including my favorite, the fried calamari.

The prices are reasonable and they've recently remodeled which makes the place look a TON better. I'd also recommend sitting on the patio if weather permits.

Rarely am I in Collinsville, but I've passed Fazzi's enough on my occasional drives through that I finally decided to stop there the other day. I'd been running errands all morning and was starving. The waitress was very sweet and kind; she seated me quickly and took my order right away. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, though both the employees and customers were completely open and friendly.

The prices are very reasonable. I got a gigantic Greek salad topped with feta cheese, a vegetarian gyro (I just opted out of the lamb, though the chef offered to sauté any vegetables I liked for me in place of the meat), and baklava for $10 in all.

Needless to say, I left there happy and full. 4/5 stars only for a fairly bland tzatziki sauce. I'm going to have to find an excuse to go into Collinsville again so I can try their pasta!

I live in Boston, but was visiting family in Collinsville for the Thanksgiving holiday. We went to Fazzi's twice in 6 days I loved it so much. I stuck to the salads - gyro salad (greek salad with gyro meat) and the traditional greek salad with chicken. AMAZING!! These might be my favorite greek salads ever. We have tons of greek restaurants in Boston and this little mom & pop took the cake. I'm not sure if it is their greek dressing that makes it so great 0 it must be. The prices are also really reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone in the metro east area. Didn't get that 5th star simply because it looks kind of outdated and dirty on the outside and even the lobby area could use some sprucing up. The dining room also looks half finished. But overall, great restaurant with great prices.

Went to Fazzi's the other night. It looks kind of weird on the outside, but inside feels warmer and cozier. They were able to sit us right away since we had a reservation, which was nice. The prices are cheap! It's mostly Greek/Italian, but some of the things are completely made up. For example I had the Moussaka and I am sorry to say but it tasted really bad. Not the way it is supposed, believe me I know! The apps were good and cheap, we got the fried cheese, which I guess everyone orders since they make this big deal about it and burn it right in front of you, it's a little lame. Overall not a bad joint, especially if you don't know Greek food... I overheard some people saying "Oh my this is wonderful"... Yeah, they have no idea about real Greek food. This is a "fake" Greek place, but I guess that's what you get in Collinsville.
