Fiesta Mexicana

Great Mexican food.  Not necessarily what I think of as "Authentic Mexican," more your generic taco/burrito joint.  That said, the food is good, prepared fast, and reasonably priced.  Try the enchilada suizas, chicken enchiladas smothered in tomatilla sauce and white queso sauce.  One of the best things on the menu!  While I didn't get a chance to try it, they also now offer shredded beef as an option on dishes, in addition to ground beef or steak.

They have great lunch and drink specials.  On Mondays, get a 12 ounce lime margarita for $1.99.  Ay caramba!!
