Poor management - Out of Business!

Two, maybe more starts for the performers.  Less for everything else.

Have been several times with friends. Overall, quite a unique entertainment experience for a small town.  It's usually a nice mix of performers and is best when there is a band to support the singers, vs. canned background music.

The $15 cover charge really wasn't bad considering the entertainment value.  An enjoyable mix of different performers and styles.

However, we all agree that the food is a complete rip-off.  The portions are extremely small and pricey for what you get.  One small empanada and a few fries for $10?  Lesson learned...eat before you go..like the rest of the customers. Most people just attend to watch and drink, even though the show starts at 7:30 and it's recommended to get their early.

My major complaint....and the reason I won't return, is the owner, Tommy Jackon's overbearing ego on display as MC of the show.  If he could eat a hefty helping of humble pie, or get someone else to host the show, we wouldn't have a bad taste in our hungry mouths after every visit. I can remember his name because he's made himself the center of the universe in his business. Seriously, it's a weird power dynamic up in there. I can hardly recall the performer's names because he was such an unwelcome distraction.

While I can appreciate that Tommy is "selling the show" and loves to talk about how much he's doing to support artists in the industry, his constant name dropping and intense efforts to impress are off-putting. Customers aren't stupid...we know talent when we hear it, so no need to tell us how great you are at finding it...over and over again.  Also, we're all adults, so no need for the condescending comments. Please tell us more about the artists, MUCH less about yourself, and let us judge the experience for ourselves...we already do.
