Fish Hook Grill

Best fried oysters we've ever had, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside and they don't skimp on the portions either. Crabcakes seemed nearly all crab and so tasty. MIss Faye's potato salad is more like mashed potatoes, but seasoned just right. Not to be missed. Hushpuppies were sweet and moist. Service was friendly and fast. Seems to be a favorite of the locals. We've eaten there several times this week. Plan to go back tomorrow.

Stopped for some chowder. Good menu, lots to choose from and reasonable pricing.  However the 'down east chowder' was disappointing. It had little flavor, other than of flour and clams, of which there was an abundance. Onion rings and okra were standard Sysco fare and lacking salting. Perhaps fish or shrimp burger would have been a better choice.

Went on a Sunday on the offseason.  Staff were very accommodating for a large party (10) and the food was incredible.  Will be back when we are back in town.
