Flat Top Stir-Fry Grill

A great time and a great deal.  I went here with two co-workers and we had a wonderful experience.  I have not gone to one of these places before or it has been so long I do not remember.  Our waiter described it as a create your own stir fry restaurant.  Our waiter also explained everything thoroughly and then followed up and watched out for us to make sure we understood and were comfortable.  He refilled our drinks promptly and was knowledgeable and helpful.  Truly 5 star service.

I enjoyed the freedom to create my own meal as did my co-workers.  For the less adventurous there are recipes on the table one can use to create a tried and tested meal.

It is difficult to talk about the cuisine at this restaurant since if I didn't like the food it would be at least partially my fault for selecting the wrong things.  That said My food was delicious and I can speak about the chefs work in preparing my selections masterfully.

Overall, an interactive, fun, delicious, dining experience to share with friends or family.  The prices are also very reasonable and you will not leave hungry.

If Pei Wei changed their styling to become more like Genghis Grill, you'd have the look and design of Flat Top.  

Pick up a bowl, fill it with whatever veggies, noodles, rice, sauces, etc that you want, and it's thrown onto a large flat top grill, sauteed, and served hot.

I'm still quite the novice on Asian cuisine, and don't know what flavors I like or should expect, but I even found this meal to be incredibly tasty.

I must recommend the bread that they offer (grab the extra marker that goes into your bowl), it serves as a great insulator on your bowl, keeping your meal piping hot while soaking up the flavors from sauces inside.

Vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, I think all could be satisfied here.  Lots of options from such a simple setup.

A great place, you can pick your own combination.  I thought about getting the endless bowl, but the first bowl filled me up.  You pick your meat and your veg and than let them grill it.  We did a 7 person group and it was not too long of a wait.  We all got what wanted and not one went home hungry.  We all enjoyed the taste and quality of our food.
