Steak n Shake

I will not go back to that one again.
Wait it 20 min just to be ask if I want some water .
We where there for almost 1 1/2 hours what a joke.
They where all standing around doing nothing but talk to each other instead serving people.
I confront are server,the excuse are server had he been there sense 11 am ,we got there around 3pm ,what does that tell you!I said some to the manager ,he told me he will be talking to are server about it.
I also called the number on your receipt and I got a live person to talk to,she told me that is not ok how we got served.
We did not leave a tip not a dime.
You want a tip you work for it !
