Fortune Cookies

I ordered again.  And, again...I don't understand the horrible reviews.  Are there new owners or management?.... I dunno.  Horrible reviews on here and on absolutely atrocious reviews on google.... Most seem to do with getting the order wrong.  

Whatever the case - this time I ordered hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, veg tofu, fried rice, veg lo mien, veg spring rolls.  I have eaten the streets and dining rooms of some pretty great cities/places - and this place just seems to be so solid.  I haven't really been disappointed by anything.  In fact, the hot/sour soup was terrific and the egg drop was good for what it was.  The spring roll was perfectly cooked, again.  Lo mien wasn't overly salty or greasy.

I give it 5 stars again because it was better than last time - the salt/blandish issue was not even evident.  It may be one of the best Chinese places I've eaten at in awhile.

Good delivery Chinese food! Crispy chicken or ma pou tofu with pork are awesome dishes to try that aren't your regular Chinese go to picks! Really like it!

Two terrible things: the bubble tea and the food.

Boba was hard and tasted like dishwater and the taro tea was watery, warm, and completely gross. I absolutely hate wasting food or drinks but I threw this shit away before it was half empty.

I ordered the lo mein with beef. The flavor was okay if a bit salty. But the texture was nasty! It was simultaneously greasy and gristly.

Then there was how my stomach felt afterward, which I won't get into.
