Laughing Planet Cafe

This is my go to lunch spot.. It is really good, but I would call it more California influenced Mexican than Tex influenced. The quality is good, but there can be inconsistency. The Zapitista salad and Nacho Mama are good, but get the new beef burrito for a real treat! My only wish? BREAKFAST TACOS!!!

Vegan accomodating Tex-Mex.  You can really only describe this place in one word: fresh.  I usually get the nachos, but every once in a while you'll see some specialty burrito packed with all sorts of good veggies and cheese you have to try.

Great coffee, but something about Laughing Planet makes me want to punch myself in the face with kitten gloves. See for yourself.
