Bub's Burgers & Ice Cream

Best Burgers in Btown...and for that matter just about anywhere I have ever been. And I mean good, large American-style burgers, so if you are worried bout health food save yourself the trouble of writing a bad review because it was "greasy" or "too big"  Not the cheapest spot in town, especially if you like Elk, but definitely somewhere I would make a point to go when heading to Bloomington.

Really really enjoyed it. Might be the best burger I didn't personally cook!

Friendly staff. Quick service. Good meat. Yummy sides. Fattening milkshakes. I like this place. I have never done the challenge, nor could I, and I am okay with that. I feel stuffed and happy when I leave.

I do have a suggestion for improvement. I think the buns could be replaced. The bread is thick and plain. I think they could add some butter, change up the bread to better quality, and the burgers would honestly be A LOT better.

I will keep coming back for the burger + shake combo but I do hope they think about a bun replacement or additional option!
