What the heck happened to the stuffed breadsticks!?!
Used to love these things -- so soft, jammed with pepperoni and dripping with melted cheese...woof they were good. Â We would have them delivered to our office for lunch. Â The sticks from the Kilroys on Kirkwood may still be good (at least they were five or six months ago when I had 'em last) but these from the Sports Bar? Â Dry bread with a few pepperoni and not a single drip of melted cheese. Â And don't forget the two dips -- bland "nacho" cheese (like the giant tubs marked "2 for $5" at Kroger) and worse, a thin taste-free marinara with big chunks of tomato that made dipping impossible anyway. Â I paid $7 for a carryout order of this?!? Â No, actually I paid $28 for four orders...and everyone else was just as disappointed as I was. Â Won't be doing that again.
went there the other night for two dollar tuesdays, there was about 6 people at the bar and it took the bartender 20 minuets to get to us. When im at the bar i usually dont tip till the end of it all(not going to give you a dollar for a 2 dollar drink), Â after the third drink the bartender refused to serve me and my buddy because we hadnt tipped yet. long story short he yelled at us then had the mexican bus boy escort us out of the place.
All i know is im glad i didnt tip him at all and am going to stick with the housebar were the drinks are always cheap and the bartender is never menstruating.
