    Dependable and decent.

    Food: You know exactly what you're getting every time. I like the mini chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and the chocolate brownie cookie - yum! I also like the efficiency of eating here. I always get my food relatively quickly.

    Service: Everyone that works there is always nice. I only experienced one aberration where one of the employees was having a weird power trip.

    I have no idea why the rating is so low, and I'm picky about where I eat. Great for what it is. Tops jimmy johns AND which wich, in my opinion. Toasty bread and lots of options. My all time favorite is the meatball sub. SO good.
