Friends & Co Sports Bar and Grill

Only thing going is they have lots of TVs. Service tends to be slow with staff often forgetting details of your order, like your beer you ordered 7 minutes ago. Food hasn't been worth ordering or eating for years.

We went on a Wednesday night, since they had a special trivia game that night.  The place was pretty empty.  In addition to the regular crowd, there were only five trivia teams that showed.

There were probably thirty people total there.  The place has a capacity of probably 100 to 150 people.  They have big screen TVs on the walls.  The bar is in the center, and it is quite large.

Since this was a slow night, my service might be better than that of a busy night.  The variety of food on the menu seemed about right for a sports bar.  They have hamburgers, wings, cheesesteak sandwiches, fried stuff.  Comfort food.  I had the sliders.  I got two Buffalo chicken sliders and two pulled pork sliders.  They were actually quite good, if only a little pricey.  They were better than I was expecting.

I can imagine that this place would be hopping on Saturday nights and game nights.  The big screen TVs are really the dominating feature of this place, and I could see myself watching a game here.

The bill was only $30 for four people--some of us got food, some didn't.  Some of us got drinks, some didn't.  All in all, that's a pretty good price for a group of our size.  We did get a free pitcher of beer for our participation in trivia (1st five teams got a free pitcher).

Friends is a pretty solid sports bar. They have lots of tvs, and are amenable to switching up what games they are showing. Their food is really pretty good. I recommend the nachos, but I would stay away from the pulled pork - it tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a while.
